Banque de France and MAS: Post-Quantum Messaging Test

The Banque de France and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) conducted a large-scale international test by integrating post-quantum cryptography into their email communications. Using CryptoNext Security’s email plugin, both institutions successfully sent and received encrypted and digitally-signed emails through a hybrid approach that combined CRYSTALS-Dilithium and Kyber algorithms with existing protocols. The test confirmed the compatibility of this method with standard tools such as Outlook, validated its performance for everyday use cases, and laid the groundwork for potential integration into payment networks.
