Channel Sales Manager Europe

Aligned with company’s sales strategy and processes, you will be responsible for building/developing a channel partners ecosystem, both sell-though (OEM, value-add resellers, distributors) and co-sell (Consulting, Alliances) channel partners.

About the Position

As Channel Sales Manager Europe, you build value-added partnerships and develop sales as well as meeting sales associated quotas of our software products & solutions to targeted accounts.

You are responsible to identify, study & qualify priority solutions partners markets and players, propose & get approval for partner sales plan, and execute such sales plan for Europe with a clear sense of strategy, tactics, focus and pragmatism, and update it as necessary for business efficiency and in respect to company guidelines.

Principal Duties & Responsabilities

Your priority target partners will be targeted at positioning CryptoNext’s as their PQC enabler for their products and Services in the areas of IT and OT/IoT HW/SW security key Infrastructures (such as HSM, PKI, VPN’s, Blockchain, Embedded Coms, Code Signing,…) and applications (IT/Cyber management, Business apps, Messaging, Signature, Proxy’s,…).

Priority should be given to partners that build/sell solutions for IT and OT/IoT for sectors that are expected to have priority concerns about quantum threat such as Finance, Operators of Essential Services, Critical Industries, or Government.

You define appropriate partner strategic selling tactics for each partner, build multi-level relationships to build appropriate joint business plans with clear partner sponsorship and drive as well as efficient drive CryptoNext’s actions, containment of competition as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

You do contribute to the identification of new End-User opportunities to provide information to KAM teams, as well as to MARCOM and Products management teams.

Required Knowledge & Skills

You have a strong knowledge of B2B cryptography-based IT system security markets (HSM, VPN, PKI, Signature, IoT/Embedded systems, Messaging, Network/Cloud Security, ...).

You are accustomed to addressing C-Level, Technical, Business, and Sales audiences.

You are fluent in French and English. An additional language such as German, Spanish, Italian, ... is a plus.

You are willing to travel in Europe.

Experience & Qualifications

With a Master degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent), you have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in developing high-value partnerships with integrators/resellers/publishers.

You are currently a Channel Manager, Partner Manager, Partnership Manager, Alliance Manager, Cybersecurity Business Manager or Key Account Manager in System/Hardware Architecture. You may also come from the pre-sales world if you can manage the entire sales activity (from prospecting to closing).
